Connect Childcare's 2017 statistics

2017 was a tough year for the childcare industry. But many of our nurseries have adapted well and we’ve seen even more growth with more nurseries and practitioners than ever using our systems to make their administration more efficient and focus more on the needs of the children in their care.

In 2017 there were an average of more than 15,000 practitioners logging into iConnect every month. Between them, they logged a whopping 6.4 Million observations and over 600,000 reports! 

Just think of all the time they’ve saved taking pen to paper to track child development.

ParentZone is continuing to grow and grow. We’ve released some fantastic updates over the past year and have even more planned for the near future.

We are extremely happy to report that we’ve had well over 450,000 learning journey contributions uploaded to ParentZone from parents and carers in 2017 alone.

ParentZone was created to give you an easy way to improve your partnership with parents and these figures show the huge impact it’s having across the country.

We have been working on our internal processes to further improve our support services and give you the best experience.

The changes have been well received and we now have a bigger support team than ever before, who between them have solved over 17,000 support queries!
