Christmas news roundup
Christmas is the season of giving and this year we have chosen to take part in “Christmas Jumper Day” on Friday 14th December. We will be encouraging all staff to give a small donation to Save The Children.
And this year, instead of posting out Christmas cards, we will be donating £200 to Save The Children.

We wanted to let you know about our opening hours over the festive period
- It is business as usual on Monday 24th December 2018
- We will be closed from Tuesday 25th December 2018 until Tuesday 1st January
- And will re-open our phone lines at 8am on Wednesday 2nd January 2019
As part of our ongoing support for our customers, we will continue to provide 24/7 resources on our helpdesk. You can still raise tickets over the Christmas closure period by emailling support@theconnectgroup.net and we will respond to these when we return in the New Year.

Community Roadshows
We will be holding Connect workshops across the country again.
It’s a great way to share our vision and the exciting things which are going on behind the scenes with users from across the country. We are always keen to allow you the opportunity to use your voice and shape the future roadmap of Connect Childcare. We are busy planning the dates and locations of each roadshow and we will share these with you soon.
