Customer Training Sessions: Getting Ready for the Start of the Academic Year
As May comes to a close, we’re nearly halfway through the year and nearing the end of the academic cycle. Significant transitions mark this period—saying goodbye to preschool children starting school, preparing for room transitions, and welcoming new starters to your setting. In the early years sector, the new academic year brings a host of changes, making it an ideal time to start planning for September before the holiday season takes over.
Now is the perfect time to focus on essential preparations: recruiting high-quality staff, updating policies and procedures, fine-tuning financial planning and funding strategies, and responding to incoming enquiries. Additionally, it’s crucial to get familiar with your software tools, ensuring you’re ready to manage the departure of children and the enrolment of new ones smoothly.
For Connect Childcare customers, we’re excited to announce customer training sessions designed to help you feel confident and prepared for the upcoming academic year. These sessions aim to alleviate some of the administrative burdens and ensure a seamless transition into the new school term.
