How we Drive Customer Success at Connect Childcare

In 2021, we made a commitment to become closer to our customers. To do this we introduced some new and improved ways of working whilst building a strong team to guarantee the success of our customers.

We recognise the success of our customers is key to the success of our business and we work hard to deepen our relationship with our customers to support their evolving needs, as well as the needs of the parents and families they serve.  Let us recap on some of our promises…

Each customer is allocated to a named Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help with: ongoing insights, commercial discussions, solution enhancements, escalations and more. The Success team checks how our customers are and how the solution works for them. 

Getting the most from our software

Our customer success managers are on hand to discuss any specific enquiries about your connect solution and to ensure that you are getting the most from your software. Every three months we conduct a customer survey to find out how we are performing against our promises and measure customer satisfaction of our service. Your responses help us to ensure we can help you more effectively.

Results from our August Customer Feedback Survey

The results from our latest survey suggest that 80% of our customers are happy with their overall experience with Connect and the software they use.

The survey also gives our customers the opportunity to give honest feedback about the software they are using. This is essential to help us build the best solutions for you, your team and the children in your care.


The next feedback survey will be live in November. Each survey response will be entered into a monthly prize draw for a  Deluxe Spa Day for Two and a Free Connect System Health Check. We understand that workplace wellbeing has become a major challenge facing all childcare settings, and because of this, we want to focus on your own health and your work health with this fantastic prize.
