We have recently launched our new Connect Feature Focus Sessions held by our software training and development coordinator, Charlotte Woods. These sessions will give you a general introduction to the platform’s features and show how to use Connect Childcare in your early years setting.

Throughout June, July and August, the sessions will revolve around helping you get ready for the new academic year. The sessions will be split into two parts and will be repeated in the build-up to September to ensure you are confident using the software to streamline your processes.

Whether you’re new to Connect Childcare, haven’t used the platform before or you’re a current Connector who wants a refresher on best practices, these sessions are perfect for you! Charlotte will answer any questions about the selected feature, whilst showing you how to use it to its full potential. 

Our software is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our customers. We understand that helpdesk articles and videos are not always the most helpful in learning to use something new. We all have different learning styles, so we are introducing these free monthly sessions.
