Resources to improve communication at your nursery

At the start of 2020, we supplied our customers with a Self-Service toolkit which is full of resources such as email templates, posters and social media posts to help you get your parents using the latest ParentZone app.

Please note: We will be removing the ParentZone app (which looks like this) from the app store before September, so it’s now more important than ever to ensure that your parents are using the latest app.

Head to your toolkit now to download your resource pack.

What’s the difference?

  • All of the same features your parents love, but the latest ParentZone app has a beautiful new interface which is much easier to navigate and makes use of more up to date functions like fingerprint login or face ID.
  • The latest app includes access to ParentHub which includes a wealth of resources to support parents with at home-learning.

Coming soon to ParentZone:

  • ParentZone web access – the ParentZone website has had an overhaul to match the beautiful new interface of the app. The new web version of ParentZone will soon be released as a beta* on the following link: https://beta.parentzone.me/

We will let you know once it’s ready and would love for your parents to give us as much feedback as possible so that we can make it perfect! With the addition of ParentZone web access, parents can see what their child is up to whether they are using the app or the web on any device!

*Beta means that the app or website is still in the development stages and is not yet the final version. We have released the beta version to let parents test the app and then provide feedback so we can make it perfect for them. A beta allows our users to try it out and let us know what needs fixing and what needs ditching (there may be a few pesky bugs in there which we need to know about!)

Contactless Sign-in – Drop-off and pick up are among the most susceptible times for germs to spread between families and staff. Rather than continuously disinfecting your equipment, such as communal devices or pens and paper after each use, you can help minimise the spread of germs while ensuring lines move quickly by using ParentZones contactless sign in/out feature.

You can allow families to check their child in or out from their own mobile app without entering your nursery. This will collect the signature and send straight to iConnect for your staff to approve.
