Terms and Conditions
- You must be a Connect Childcare customer to join the Scheme.
- The same nursery setting cannot win the prize 2 times in a row.
- Winner Notification: The winners will be notified by email via the account provided at the point of entry within 14 days of the closing date and will have 14 days from notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe Connect Childcare reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement.
- Connect Childcare cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. You agree that if you are a winner, you will take part in and cooperate fully with reasonable publicity and use your name, photograph and any comments in such publicity without any fee being payable.
- Prizes will be ordered once the winner is confirmed, if for any reason the items are unavailable or no longer in stock we will offer an alternative at the same price. No monetary alternative will be provided.
- Data Protection: Entrants will be allowed to opt into future marketing from Connect Childcare. Any personal information that entrants share will be kept secure by Connect Childcare and will be used in line with the General Data Protection Regulation act.
