‘A Look into Early Years Staff Wellbeing’ Report

Our ‘A Look into Early Years Staff WellbeingReport 2024 highlights the latest trends in mental health and wellbeing within the early years sector. This research aims to understand how early years professionals feel about various aspects of their workplace wellbeing. The findings show that 33% of survey respondents rate their mental health and wellbeing below 5 out of 10, indicating that many in the sector are struggling. However, with two-thirds of respondents feeling more positive, this awareness presents a key opportunity to drive positive change for those in need of support.
