We currently collect the following types of personal data, depending on how you use our website and what marketing communication you sign up to. If you are simply visiting this website, we will collect information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website including geographical location, browser type/version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths is defined as personal information.
We use the HubSpot CRM system to analyse website traffic but this is aggregated data and will not uniquely identify you. We also use Zendesk as our choice of customer support management. This is used to provide helpdesk support to our customers. If you are in the process of purchasing software or finalising a quote we will also use Zapier to process your data. Zapier is an integration and is used to send any quotations to HubSpot.
If you sign-up for any of our marketing communications or contact us via the contact forms or via email, we may collect, in addition to the above, details regarding your name, contact details and email address. We may use a third-party application called Typeform on our website to facilitate this. We may use this information to respond to your requests or to contact you to inform you of new products, services or promotions we may offer.
Unless compelled by applicable legislation, we will not provide this information to a third party without your permission, except as necessary to fulfil your requests, manage interactive customer programs or are required to for legal reasons.
You also hereby grant to Connect Childcare the right to exchange any information provided by you between Connect Childcare’s affiliates for the purposes mentioned before.
Please note that while there are always risks associated with providing personal data, whether in person, by phone or over the Internet, Connect Childcare will strive to ensure your data is as secure as possible.
Connect Childcare has endeavoured to take appropriate measures to prevent and minimise risks of unauthorised access to, improper use and the inaccuracy of your personal information.
We store any personal information on secure encrypted servers. This data is kept either within the UK, on our servers or via our Customer Relationship Management software which is stored in the US. Data pertaining to customer support (i.e. Zendesk) is stored in Frankfurt and Ireland (for backups). We regularly review the suitability of storing your data in these locations.
As mentioned above HubSpot is used to store company personal data for marketing purposes only. Data pertaining to our products are not stored in HubSpot e.g. child data or parent data.

Your data is retained within our systems depending on your relationship with us. If you have signed up to our marketing communications, your data will be retained for at least 3 months after which the suitability of holding your data is reviewed. For Zapier, data is deleted once the quotation has been passed to HubSpot – usually within one working day.
If you do not wish to receive cookies or want to be notified of when they are placed, you may set your web browser to do so, if your browser so permits, but this may affect how you view both our and other websites.
No information may be submitted to Connect Childcare by persons under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, nor may persons under the age of 18 make purchases or other legal acts on this website without such consent, unless permitted by applicable legislation.
Our website may include hyperlinks to, and details of, third party websites. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy policies and practices of any third parties.
