Welcome to the Connect Childcare Monthly Roundup. Each month we deliver a selection of resources and updates to help bring you closer to Connect Childcare. Product spotlightWe’d like to shine a spotlight on our contactless payment solution. After catching up with Liz from Wizard Nursery Group we were so pleased to hear that following the take-up of the ParentZone payments integration they have completely eliminated the need for the in-nursery card reader across all four settings. This has helped them to save both money and time – as all payments are now automatically reconciled against each parent’s account.

Product updateWe have been working on a brand new cohort report called ‘Big Picture Report’ which was well received in our workshop last week. This report will be available in the Spotlight area for both Birth to 5 Matters and Development Matters and will provide an overview of child development across your different cohorts. This release is due imminently along with a step-by-step guide and video on the help desk to show you how to use the new report.

Supporting youAre you due to raise your prices? The process of increasing nursery fees can be painful for both parties, particularly as parents are already having to deal with the rising costs of living and some may lack understanding of the funding issues faced by the sector. It’s important that you effectively communicate your price increases with parents. Sending price increase letters can also be time-consuming, did you know that you can send emails on bulkto all of your parents using Connect Childcare? This article will also show you how to update your prices within Connect Childcare.
