Connect Childcare offer a cloud based software solution, hosted on robust servers. Data is housed in highly secure data centres which are regularly tested against industry standard security protocols.
Cloud computing stores all of your data on internet hosted servers – rather than on a single personal computer. You can log in to your system wherever you are, so working from home is no longer a restriction, and information can be accessed for multiple sites from head office. All users log in with their own unique details to the same up-to-date system.
Encryption protects your data. Our solutions use encryption to protect stored and transmitted data. The system can be configured to allow different roles access to only certain areas of the products. Administrators can control the time of day each staff member can use the system.
We have business continuity and disaster recovery plans to safeguard our services to ensure that your business is in safe hands. This means we are able to continue operating in case of a system problem or even a catastrophe.
We undertake ‘Ethical Hacking’ which means we use trusted experts to attempt to hack our products, services and data in order for us to identify any weaknesses and build secure defences.
